It is always our intention to provide a first class service, however if at any time you are dissatisfied with the service we provide you should in the first instance contact us and we will try to resolve matters.
If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk
